Role Overview
- Develops, writes, and edits proposal responses of moderate to advanced complexity
- Complete each RFP and RFI assigned
- Analyze each RFP and RFI assigned
- Manage internal communication related to each project
- Utilize proposal database, proposal department processes, and SMEs
- Craft compelling, client-specific narratives and solutions
- Complete color team reviews aligned with internal timelines
- Interface and coordinate with underwriting
- Develop proposal attachments
- Proofread and perform quality assurance checks on all documents
- Complete multiple, complex projects with competing deadlines simultaneously
- Provide proposal management and information support
Requirements
- BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years of SME in respective areas
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using proposal automation software preferred
