Development, enhancement and maintenance of complex software solutions in C++
Design and integration of AI-based components (e.g., machine learning, data-driven algorithms)
Implementation of performant and maintainable software architectures
Use of Docker for containerization, building and deploying applications
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams including software development, data science and systems engineering
Analysis of technical requirements and derivation of appropriate solution approaches
Ensuring code quality, maintainability and performance
Participation in architecture, design and technology decisions

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as a software engineer, ideally at senior level
Strong knowledge of C++ (modern standards advantageous)
Practical experience in artificial intelligence / machine learning (e.g., model integration, inference, data-driven algorithms)
Experience working with Docker and containerized applications
Proficient with Linux-based development environments
Understanding of modern software architectures and interfaces
Advantageous: experience with Python in AI contexts
Knowledge of build systems, CI/CD or cloud/on-prem deployments
Experience with distributed systems or high-performance applications
