About this role
Role Overview
Planning, monitoring and managing technical projects from initiation to completion.
Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Collaborating with engineering, product, and stakeholder teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Implementing and enforcing Agile methodologies for efficient workflow.
Fostering collaboration, communication, and problem-solving among team members and stakeholders.
Analyzing project demands, resource availability and constraints to develop effective resource allocation plans.
Optimizing resource utilization by identifying and resolving conflicts, bottlenecks or imbalances in resource allocation.
Conducting regular assessments of resource performance, productivity and capacity to identify areas for improvement.
Providing guidance and support to project teams in resource-related matters, including staffing, skill requirements and resource acquisition.
Requirements
Technical/Associate Degree with 5-10 years experience in a related field
5+ years of experience in technical project management, resource management, project delivery, and/or technical leadership.
Proficient knowledge of 3D design software (CREO) and general knowledge of 3D Design Intent Concepts
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience with risk management, technical leadership, and quality assurance.
High adaptability with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess resource demands and optimize resource allocation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
A strategic perspective, with the ability to think proactively and implement resource management strategies that align with organizational goals.
Experience in managing remote or geographically dispersed teams.
