Role Overview

• Responsible for new product development, product improvement, and sustaining changes to a product line
• Advise on design and engineering decisions, maintain schedules for large scale projects
• Delegate work to the design team and mentor junior employees

Requirements

• 0
• 3 years of CREO modeling experience specifically with electrical schematic design, 3D harness routing, and connector design
• Associates degree in Mechanical Design, or Electrical Design, or in lieu of a degree 5-7 years of experience
• Ability, or desire, to mentor/train
