To originate, develop and optimise solar and BESS projects
To manage a portfolio of in-house developed, introduced and/or acquired projects from initiation to financial close
To develop new business opportunities
To collaborate closely with our joint venture partner working under the terms of the arrangement
To develop strong working relationships and liaise closely with other internal teams including engineering, planning, grid, energy markets, delivery, legal and finance to assist in the development of projects
To assist other developers by carrying out supporting activities when needed.
To understand and develop company strategies and develop business and business practices accordingly.
To work with the Development team and other departments to improve processes and efficiency.

Over three years experience in developing renewables projects
Experience in the development process from project initiation to financial close
Varied experience in private and public sector
Understanding of renewables industry, energy and environmental issues
Technical understanding of solar and BESS development and construction
Understanding of environmental planning constraints
External stakeholder engagement capability
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
