Deliver business reviews, trend analyses, revenue forecasts, and relationship‑focused reporting to support leadership decision‑making.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—design, project management, operations, and technology partnerships—to ensure alignment and world‑class project delivery.
Manage key internal and external relationships to ensure an exceptional and consistent client experience.

Requirements
10+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships within the construction or building materials industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials procurement, and sustainable building practices
Familiarity with sustainable building technologies and frameworks (e.g., LEED)
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑management skills
Demonstrated success closing large‑scale deals with Fortune 500 companies and major commercial developers.
