Patient Care Coordinator – Bone Growth Therapy, Fracture

Role Overview

• Assist direct Orthofix Territory Managers, ASMs, RVPs, and Distributors with patient education and device in-services.
• Provide direct, personal, and timely service representing Orthofix.
• Conduct Patient Calls to educate and gather information.
• Assist with Patient Fittings virtually and in person.
• Support Territory Managers, accounts, and patients within your region.
• Assist with educational meetings regarding Orthofix products.
• Discuss explanation of benefits and financial responsibilities with patients.
• Facilitate paperwork collections for order submissions.
• Coordinate all patient service and experience activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent customer service experience
• Excellent computer skills
