Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Work closely with customer and internal R&D teams to support product needs.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate and timely Salesforce updates.

Requirements

• 1-3 years relevant experience required, 3-5 years preferred.
• Knowledge of Surfactants preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and negotiating skills.
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships.
• Works well independently and in teams.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently from a remote home office.
• Outstanding problem solving, organizational, and excellent computer skills.
• Salesforce, Power BI, SAP experience preferred.
• Willingness and Ability to travel as needed.
