Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in professional lighting, electrical engineering, or technical system solutions, with proven success in project work and new customer acquisition
Strong hunter mentality with enthusiasm for active prospecting, business development, and building sustainable customer relationships
Field sales experience with structured self-organization
Confident presence, strong closing skills, and negotiation ability
Good written and spoken English for collaboration with international stakeholders and internal contacts
