Requirements
7-10 years’ hands-on experience supporting large, complex infrastructures and projects.
Extensive experience in enterprise operations where teamwork, communication, proactiveness, scripting, process and monitoring are key elements to success.
A proven track-record of successfully participating in technical implementations of new services as part of a project team.
Significant expertise in: (Azure) Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Video & Audio Conferencing, Session Border Controller (AudioCodes, Ribbon), Scripting with PowerShell, Microsoft Windows Server technologies, Team Rooms, Teams integrated CCaaS solutions.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and changing business requirements.
Highly collaborative, successful in a matrixed and geographically diverse environment.
Previous experience with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) is a plus.
Experience with Zoom and CXone is highly preferred.
Experience with Cisco/Avaya voice solutions would be an advantage.
Detail and results oriented.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Excellent English communication skills are required.
