Project management and client administration: You keep an overview within your department and ensure that all projects are completed on time and are successful.
Creation of high-converting copy: You write outstanding, sales-focused copy for client projects.
Complete email marketing setup: You technically configure the entire email marketing system for our clients.
System maintenance & configuration: You regularly check our systems and ensure everything runs smoothly from a technical perspective.
Independent client contact: You are the primary point of contact for our clients.
Documentation & process reliability: You document setups and workflows to ensure process stability.

You already have experience with email marketing or direct-mailing content.
You are familiar with email marketing tools and can create presentations for video pitches.
You are extremely well organized and structured, able to manage a double-digit number of client projects simultaneously.
You work independently and reliably and are able to maintain clean project management.
You enjoy client contact and find solutions for all their questions or problems.
Bonus (not required): Experience with no-code tools or automations (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n).
You have worked with various industries and target audiences.
