About this role
Role Overview
- Independently perform ongoing bookkeeping for our clients
- Maintain accounts and perform account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings and financial statements
- Depending on qualifications: communicate with tax advisors and auditors
- Maintain ongoing contact and collaboration with our clients
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards (HGB; ideally also IFRS and US GAAP)
- Proficient in Excel and experienced with at least one accounting software (e.g., DATEV); NetSuite experience is a clear plus
- Ability to work in a structured, careful and independent manner, even under pressure
- German at native level; English skills are a plus
- Confident and friendly manner when dealing with clients
- Approachable, reliable, and with a sense of humor
