You convert warm responses daily from PREDICT OS — our proprietary AI system for signal-based outbound.
You run active outbound hunting via email, LinkedIn (or phone if that's your strength).
You book discovery calls and are paid uncapped commission for them.
You shadow our CEO in meetings and receive direct coaching.
You learn, learn, learn.
For top performers there is a clear career path: 6 months of strong performance = you become a Discovery Rep (Setter); 6 months of top performance there = you become a Closer and earn big money.
IMPORTANT: Even if you stay an Opener and put in the work, you can and will make 100k+ in your first year with us.

Your credentials don’t matter to us.
B2B sales experience is nice-to-have.
You are young, hungry and carry a big chip on your shoulder.
You want to WIN.
You want to learn high-ticket sales from the best because you understand the value of this skill.
You’re not afraid of rejection or of working harder than most can imagine.
You are or were an athlete. Physical fitness and discipline are extremely important to you.
You are hungry to learn and implement feedback immediately.
You don’t wait for perfect clarity — you act and adjust.
You don’t need a large base salary as a safety net. You prefer maximum upside based on performance.
You speak German at native level.
