3 years + product management experience, ideally in digital health or complex enterprise environments is essential
Expertise in working in agile methodologies within complex environments is essential
Data-driven decision making, with the ability to interpret analytics, behaviours, and operational metrics is essential
Proven stakeholder management experience at a senior level across clinical, tech, and operational teams is essential
Collaboration — works across squads, design, engineering, clinical, and business teams
Deep understanding of measuring and optimising customer journeys through data insights
Strong motivator that’s able to get the best out of their squad
Strong communicator who is able to articulate and drive the product vision
