Create compelling video storytelling across all stages of production supporting internal, external, event and creative marketing campaigns.
Plan and execute video shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, on-site or studio content capture and expert equipment operation.
Design and develop motion graphics, custom templates and visual enhancements to elevate storytelling.
Perform technical post-production finishing, including audio mixing, color grading, compression and encoding for multiple platforms.
Collaborate closely with creative team members, writers, communication specialists, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.
Take ownership of assigned projects while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams under creative services leadership.
Ensure all video content adheres to corporate brand standards and visual guidelines.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and cultural shifts influencing video production.
Organize, maintain and manage video project assets and project tasks following corporate standards.
Travel as required to support production needs.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in a corporate or agency video environment.
Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or additional equivalent experience.
Passionate about video storytelling and engaging audiences on digital platforms.
Expert technical skills with professional cameras, audio and lighting.
Ability to organize, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Excellent communications, organization and problem-solving skills including instructing on-camera talent in a professional environment.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Skillfully creative, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Proficient in industry standard production and post-production tools with expertise in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
Audio Visual experience for events a plus.
Portfolio and/or demo reel demonstrating exceptional storytelling including motion graphics, post production, audio and camera skills will be required as part of the recruitment process.
