Lead and oversee Integrated Construction Technology (ICT) and Virtual Design Construction (VDC) delivery for district projects, ensuring alignment with construction needs and project objectives.
Establish, manage, and govern digital delivery workflows, including model coordination, data exchange, and integrated construction processes.
Act as a liaison between design teams, trade partners, and construction teams, ensuring alignment and coordinated delivery.
Partner with estimating and project teams to define ICT/VDC scope, staffing plans, and budgets for pursuits and active projects.
Participate in project pursuits, interviews, and proposals, contributing to ICT/VDC narratives, presentations, and delivery strategies.
Develop and implement BIM / ICT execution plans, including coordination strategy, modeling standards, and technology governance.
Leverages construction models and model data to enhance field and office use, supporting estimating, quantity take off, scheduling, progress tracking, and project status reporting across the project lifecycle.
Conditions and enriches construction models and model data for construction use, standardizing parameters, classifications, and data structure so models can be reliably used for field planning and delivery.
Lead and support ICT and VDC requirements through project closeout, ensuring contractual and operational obligations are met.
Manage ICT resource planning and allocation across district projects.
Identify opportunities to leverage integrated construction technology to mitigate project risk and improve delivery certainty.
Research, evaluate, and pilot new and emerging construction technologies, sharing learnings and driving adoption across the district.
Develop and deliver ICT training, communication, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
