Role Overview
Maintain calm, empathy, and professionalism during emotional conversations.
Support approved prospects through electronic intake and onboarding steps.
Screen and qualify potential cases based on intake guidelines.
Answer inbound phone calls, web inquiries, and text messages promptly.
Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and properly documented.
Schedule qualified leads for free case reviews with legal staff.
Enter and maintain client information within the CRM system.
Complete intake forms accurately and thoroughly.
Gather and document detailed information related to accidents or injuries.
Requirements
Empathetic and compassionate communicator.
Warm, welcoming, and professional phone presence.
Strong active listening abilities.
High emotional intelligence and self control.
Detail oriented with excellent documentation habits.
Ability to build trust quickly with distressed callers.
Confident spoken communication in English and Spanish.
Organized and process driven mindset.
Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
Client focused approach with strong conversion awareness.
Fully bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Personal injury or legal intake experience is a strong plus at least 1-2 years.
Ability to manage confidential and emotionally sensitive information with professionalism.
