Role Overview
- Assist with administrative tasks that support case progression
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across legal records
- Review, process, and upload medical records accurately
- Manage and triage incoming and outgoing email communications
- Maintain organized digital case files within the CRM system
- Follow up on insurance policy documents and insurance logs
- Support pre-suit paralegals with data processing and case file updates
- Process and organize large volumes of pleadings, medical records, and insurance documents
