About this role
Role Overview
Support the Regional HR Manager in the execution of HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with regional goals and global standards
Act as the HR point of contact for the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely communication between HR, Finance, and payroll vendors
Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all steps are completed in compliance with company policies
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, initial candidate screenings, and interview scheduling
Support positive workplace relationships by providing assistance with employee queries and fostering an inclusive environment
Maintain HR records, manage employee files, and update internal databases with employee information
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a regional or multi-country setting
Familiarity with HR practices and labour regulations in Perú
English level, intermediate to advance, mandatory
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
