Heads up the Global Efficiency Programme for the organization
Drives the Digitalisation Transformation & Business Process within the Logistics division
Responsible for leading the organisation’s overall efficiency strategy
Drives enterprise-wide cost optimization agenda, productivity improvement and operational excellence
Provides strategic direction and establishes strong governance for the programme
Ensures alignment across all business units to drive measurable, sustainable improvement aligned with corporate objectives
Responsible for driving the digitalization transformation and optimizing internal business processes
Implements change management for adoption across various offices

Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in operations, procurement or supply chain management
Strong governance and adherence to cost efficiency framework
Excellent stakeholder management and engagement to get buy-in and consistent delivery of improvement plans
Strategic thinker with long term vision and ability to align improvement initiatives with organisational goals
Familiarity with the container shipping industry is a plus
