Hunt and close new logos across the DACH region, building executive‑level relationships (CFO, Treasurer, Head of Working Capital, Procurement, FI Heads)
Own the territory plan: segment priority industries/markets, orchestrate targeted campaigns, and maintain an active pipeline coverage
Lead complex sales cycles: discovery, business case, solution mapping, RFI/RFP, commercial strategy, and contract closure
Sell across buying centers: corporates (payables/receivables finance, working capital) and financial institutions (funders, banks, platforms)
Mobilize the deal team: collaborate closely with solution experts, product managers, implementation, and legal to craft compelling proposals and programs
Forecast with discipline in CRM; deliver accurate commits and cadence, with crisp deal reviews and next‑step control
Represent FIS at industry events and executive briefings; elevate our point of view on working‑capital optimization and supply‑chain liquidity
Requirements
Proven hunter with a track record of exceeding quota in enterprise B2B fintech/financial software or working-capital/SCF solutions
Domain fluency in working capital, Supply Chain Finance / Receivables Finance / Payables Finance, or adjacent areas (treasury, cash management, trade, payments)
Executive selling skills: comfort with multi‑stakeholder, consultative value selling; strong commercial negotiation; credible at C‑suite level
European market experience with the ability to navigate diverse regulatory, legal, and procurement landscapes
