Lead the end-to-end design process: user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI design
Create intuitive user flows, journey maps, and interaction designs
Design high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align design with business goals
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with best UX practices
Present and communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or digital design.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects for web or mobile products.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and collaboration with development teams is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, intuitive design solutions.
