Role Overview
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify, research, and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) across key industries
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives
- Develop personalized outreach strategies tailored to target prospects
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Outbound Sales
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and exceeding sales targets
- Strong experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to engage with decision-makers and stakeholders across different industries
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Experience working in a remote, fast-paced, and target-driven environment
- Experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B services is highly preferred
