Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
Series 7 and 24 licenses required.
CFA and CFP preferred and may be considered in lieu of the licenses.
6+ years supporting retail advisor channels, wealth management platforms, or investment solutions.
Broad knowledge of financial products, advisor distribution models, and client servicing processes.
Familiarity with advisor technology platforms, CRM systems, and digital engagement tools; understanding of IT development processes (waterfall and agile).
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to advisors, peers, and senior leaders.
Appetite for continuous learning and innovation in the wealth management space.
