Establish, nurture and grow a portfolio of assigned strategic accounts in North America
Meet and exceed revenue targets associated with current accounts
Review and analyze partner performance data as compared to peer set or competitors to gain insight into improvements required
Establish a deep understanding of partner business model, businesses, goals and how success is defined across constituents
Partner across the organization to solve complex strategic network challenges and drive roll out of strategic network opportunities
Engage in delivery of annual account plans with clearly defined goals, success measure, and accountability for results and conduct at minimum quarterly in-person update meetings to ensure success
Support renewal and retention discussions and negotiations to ensure win-win outcomes
Ensure all activities are accurately reflected in the CRM tool
Establish, nurture and grow relationships at each assigned partner across all levels, scope and geography, including holding in person meetings with networks
Requirements
5-7 years of proven success managing and growing revenue with account management experience
Retail, digital and/or financial services industry experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
Outstanding communication and management skills with ability to influence individuals and teams
Effective people and relationship management success required
Advanced Microsoft skills, including ability to create professional client-facing and internal presentations
Outstanding communication, relationship-building and presentation skills to influence and persuade others
Strategic and creative thinker to develop concepts that deliver results
Organizational skills and attention to detail to fully execute plans
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
