Become an Agentic specialist
Study and understand how Agentic systems think, solve problems, interact with humans and other agents, and leverage tools
Integrate a broad range of simulation and analysis tools—including FEA, CFD, AI, reliability, and others—into scalable Agentic workflows
Anticipate industry advancements and design Agentic solutions that are future-proof and adaptable to emerging technologies
Collaborate with engineers to validate models and transition Agentic solutions into robust, scalable frameworks suitable for production environments

Master’s degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR PhD degree in a STEM field with 3+ years of relevant experience
Experience designing and deploying multi-agent or agentic AI systems
LLMs and their applications
Demonstrated ability to lead technical direction, mentor other engineers, and drive cross-functional alignment around a common vision
Strong Python and other numerical programming languages
