About this role
Role Overview
Assist with sales strategy and process creation to drive new client sales
Work with Client Service and Delivery teams to identify cross-selling opportunities
Assist with creating and delivering sales presentations and materials
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and drive growth
Build and maintain reporting to demonstrate performance insights
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Lead and mentor direct reports through regular meetings
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
Requirements
10+ years of experience preferred
Foundational knowledge of digital marketing best practices and strategies
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to identify non-verbal cues from an audience
Negotiation skills
Ability to identify mobilizers
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations
Ability to connect and sell to C-level executives (CEO, CMO, etc.)
