Develop and implement an integrated HR strategy closely aligned with the company strategy
Initiate and lead HR transformation projects, particularly in organizational development, talent and performance management, leadership culture, and compensation
Provide strategic advice to executive management and actively support cultural and organizational change
Design and implement HR initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle
Ensure efficient, scalable HR processes and take responsibility for compliance, quality, and the continuous improvement of HR systems
Establish and utilize HR metrics and decision models for data-driven management
Lead and develop the HR team and work closely with leaders across all functions on HR-related topics
Position HR as a proactive business partner and value driver within the company
Requirements
Degree in business administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on human resources
Several years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a transformation context
Strong expertise in organizational development, change management, and in strategically shaping modern HR structures
Excellent communication and leadership skills at the executive/C-level
Strong analytical skills and experience in KPI-driven and data-based management of HR processes
Strong drive to shape change, enthusiasm for transformation, and a confident, composed manner
Fluent spoken and written German and English (business fluent)
