Qualify opportunities with existing and new accounts via call, email, social media, and marketing contacts.
Manage ‘pool’ accounts and take control of prospecting, both within and outside provided cadences.
Conduct high-level conversations with technical and business decision-makers.
Research prospects, identify key contacts, and update Salesforce records.
Collaborate weekly with Account Executives for strategic planning.
Meet KPIs for high contact volume through calls and emails daily.
Achieve monthly quotas for outbound meetings generated for Account Executives.
Map prospective accounts' organizational structure, people, and existing technology.
Identify business pains, objectives, and impacts on prospects' organizations.
Collaborate with the Field Marketing team on customer needs, messaging, and ABM leads.
Requirements
At least 1 year experience in outbound sales is desirable
A genuine interest in technology and ability to learn and understand technical information
Excellent communication skills including the ability to develop and repurpose sales and marketing copy and articulate key business drivers to multiple personas
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Experience in using CRM Software would be beneficial
