About this role
Role Overview
Provide HR administrative support to the wider HR team
Files case notes as required
Take meeting notes
Support the HR Team as and when required with day to day and project work
Maintaining accurate records on systems
Requirements
Previous experience in a HR / ER Administrative role is essential
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Discreet and professional, with the ability to handle confidential information
Commuting distance to our HO in Northampton is essential
Degree in HR or equivalent in experience
CIPD Level 3 or working towards
