Oversee operational performance, manage budgets, and ensure value in contracts for surveying and removal services
Collaborate with the Head of Landlord Compliance, colleagues across Asset Management, contractors, and residents to deliver exceptional service
Drive continuous improvement by reviewing systems, processes, and performance

Experience in budget management, contract management, and project oversight within a related field
Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements and health & safety legislation
Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively
Ability to work at pace, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
Holds P402, P404, or P405 asbestos qualifications
Full, valid UK driving licence
