Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on experience in partnerships, affiliates, or growth marketing — you did it yourself, not managed others doing it
A track record of commercial results from partner or affiliate channels, ideally with limited budgets
B2C marketing experience — you know what motivates a UK consumer to act
Hands-on with email/CRM platforms (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, or similar)
Comfortable across the full stack: deals, copy, campaigns, data — all in the same week
