About this role

Oversee the day-to-day operations, safety and quality, performance management, and on-site efficiency for HVAC and generator technicians.
Ensure field execution, technical service quality, team development, inventory management, and coordination with internal support functions.
Conduct quarterly ride-along with technicians for skill assessment, coaching, and performance documentation planning.
Work with Scheduling team to review escalations affecting on-time delivery, site access, and scheduling.
Review all Work Orders to ensure technicians have what they need to complete them in a timely manner.
Assist customer success team with onboarding new subcontractors as needed.
Work closely with both HR and Ops onboarding teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.
Conduct final interviews with new technician candidates.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, generators, and associated electrical/mechanical components.
Experience managing field teams in a high-performance, customer-driven environment.
Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and adherence to OSHA, EPA standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
