Lead the definition and evolution of strategic technical requirements, ensuring that non-functional decisions support scalability, security, and alignment with corporate direction;
Orchestrate prioritization and governance of the technology backlog and roadmap, steering architectural initiatives that increase capacity, maturity, and innovation;
Act as a strategic bridge between business areas, IT and leadership, influencing decisions and ensuring convergence between organizational objectives and technological capabilities;
Assess structural risks in the application ecosystem and promote strategic mitigation actions that strengthen resilience, compliance and adherence to the reference architecture;
Architecture Governance: Manage and govern the application portfolio in LeanIX, maintaining and evolving documentation of integrations and system specifics;
Define architectural models aligned with the principles of Privacy by Design, Security by Design, Zero Trust and corporate governance, ensuring robustness, interoperability and security;
Design future technology architectures based on multi-cloud and hybrid environments, guiding platform and modernization decisions;
Establish best practices and architectural standards to drive consistency and efficiency in technology solutions;
Lead the vision and adoption of enterprise AI agents, integrating artificial intelligence as a strategic component of the digital ecosystem;
Ensure architectures meet requirements for high availability, business continuity and disaster recovery, enhancing organizational resilience and reliability.
Requirements
Proven experience in Corporate/Enterprise Architecture, acting strategically in defining drivers, principles and an integrated vision between business and technology;
Advanced mastery of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate);
Experience in corporate architecture design and architecture modeling implementation (C4 Model);
Ability to define target architectures and strategic roadmaps, ensuring alignment between technological capabilities and business priorities;
Broad knowledge of enterprise platforms (cloud, data, integration, security, applications), supporting critical decisions with a systemic view;
Consultative approach and ability to influence senior leadership, with skill to communicate complex scenarios clearly and value-oriented;
Skill in impact analysis, risk assessment and trade-off evaluation, considering technical, financial, regulatory and strategic aspects in corporate decisions;
Experience leading technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives, supporting squads and business areas with an integrated architectural view;
Behavioral attributes including critical thinking to support strategic decisions, clear and influential communication, collaborative technical leadership in multidisciplinary teams, high adaptability to dynamic contexts and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience with application governance or IT architecture;
TOGAF certification (Foundation or Practitioner level);
AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Architect certification (associate or professional);
Methodology or governance certification (e.g., ITIL, COBIT);
Knowledge of APM tools, CMDB or application portfolio management tools;
Experience in the Healthcare market;
Experience with risks, regulations, standards and frameworks.
