About this role
Role Overview
Work with fellow Customer Success team members to support and advise customers on using Skribble and integrating it into their ecosystems.
Enable customers to roll out Skribble across business units and maximize value realization.
Guide customers through the organizational and process changes required and negotiate contract renewals.
Identify and pursue expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
Act as the customer’s advocate and a liaison to the Product team.
Coordinate with Partnerships on customer onboarding, share insights, and leverage partner resources to maintain customer satisfaction and engagement.
Run customer campaigns with Marketing or support Marketing in sourcing customer stories and case studies.
Ensure smooth handovers and generate customer testimonials and referrals from the installed base.
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in Sales or Customer Success, with a strong understanding of Customer Success in a SaaS environment.
Proven track record in identifying expansion and upsell opportunities.
Experience managing stakeholders in complex projects.
Experience negotiating renewals and add-on contracts.
Native German speaker and fluent in English.
Fluency in French and Swiss German is a strong plus.
