Oversee administrative social management
Coordinate with internal stakeholders
Handle monthly DSN submissions
Complete administrative procedures related to employee onboarding and offboarding

Bac+2 (equivalent to an Associate degree) in payroll administration and labor law
3 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Comfortable using ADP Décidium payroll software
Knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining agreements
Experience in a multi-site/multi-entity and multi-agreement environment
Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, be responsive, organized and meet deadlines
