Handle inbound customer inquiries primarily by phone and ensure a professional customer experience
Respond to written customer inquiries during available service hours
Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations related to installation services
Provide first-level support for basic questions about smoke detectors (no technical background required)
Support billing inquiries and explain invoice items
Assist customers with questions about the customer portal
Coordinate appointments for meter readings
General handling of service-related customer inquiries
Ensure high-quality customer service with no sales activities

German at native or fluent level (C1/C2) in spoken and written communication
Initial experience in telephone customer service or strong motivation for inbound customer support
Stable internet connection and power supply for remote work (Speedtest required)
Confident use of PC and digital communication tools
Patient, service-oriented personality with clear and structured communication
Reliable working style and quick comprehension
Willingness to handle written customer inquiries as well
Interest in a long-term role in customer service (not interested in sales projects)
