AI Automation Specialist – AI Builder

Role Overview

• Automate internal agency processes using modern AI tools
• Identify inefficient workflows and develop smart solutions
• Build and optimize workflows (e.g., using APIs, no-code/low-code tools)
• Integrate and leverage AI systems (e.g., LLMs, agent workflows, etc.)
• Test and evaluate new tools and technologies (you act as our early-warning system)
• Develop small internal tools, scripts, or systems
• Work closely with the founders to further develop the agency structure
• Goal: Reduce manual work and replace it with scalable systems

Requirements

• Strong affinity for AI and emerging technologies
• Experience with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, agent tools, automation platforms, etc.)
• Prompt engineering or experience building AI workflows
• Technical understanding (APIs, data flows, logical thinking)
• Hands-on mentality: you build things rather than just talk about them
• Independent, structured working style
• High willingness to learn and curiosity
• Fluent in German and English
• Bonus (not required): Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies
• Experience in e-commerce or agency environments
