Strategic consulting for successful Shopify e-commerce brands (7–9 figures), especially in marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO) and growth
Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies together with clients
Use modern AI tools to efficiently implement recommended measures and automate processes
Analyze conversion pipelines, marketing funnels and customer journeys – and derive actionable recommendations
Work closely with clients as equal partners: present strategies, run workshops, and collaborate on project implementation
Build, test and optimize AI-powered workflows (e.g., LLMs, automations, no-/low-code tools)
Proactively identify growth opportunities and automation potentials
Goal: deliver measurable value to clients and reduce internal implementation burden through AI-driven solutions.

Proven experience in e-commerce, marketing or CRO with demonstrable successes at Shopify brands
Strong consulting skills: confident in discussions with decision-makers and persuasive with strategy, data and expertise
Hands-on mentality: you not only design strategies but also build tools, automations or workflows yourself
Experience with modern AI tools
Analytical thinking, experience with funnels, KPIs, A/B testing and conversion optimization
Structured, independent working style and strong willingness to learn
Confident communication with clients in German and English
Bonus (not required): experience with automation tools such as Make or Zapier
Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript or similar technologies
Previous agency or consulting experience in e-commerce
