We are seeking a highly driven AVP – Product / Business Analyst with strong Private Debt / Credit domain expertise to join our Fund Accounting team.
This role will act as a key bridge between Business and IT, driving product enhancements, operational efficiency, and strategic transformation initiatives across fund and trade lifecycle operations.
Act as SME for Private Credit / Asset Management workflows
Drive requirements across fund operations, trade closing, and settlement lifecycle
Ensure solutions align with regulatory, operational, and reporting standards
Lead requirement elicitation workshops with Front Office, Operations, Risk & Finance
Produce BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Partner with Technology teams across sprint cycles (planning, grooming, UAT)
Support SIT/UAT and manage defect resolution through go-live
Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify process gaps and control enhancements
Define KPIs and reporting frameworks
Map current vs. future-state workflows and drive automation initiatives
Collaborate across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Communicate roadmaps, risks, and delivery milestones effectively
Drive alignment between business priorities and technology execution
Requirements
Minimum 10-15 years of experience with asset management and private debt/credit domain knowledge. Priority should be given to candidates with proven stakeholder management and IT collaboration experience.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce and/or demonstrable Banking experience in a similar role for a global organization.
Previous work in business intelligence, data analysis, or IT support is desirable.
Ability to diagnose complex data issues and implement effective solutions to optimize system/process performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, explain technical concepts clearly, and provide training and support.
Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive data.
Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to develop strategy and work across stakeholders to gain consensus.
Prior experiences in same-level companies or expertise in specific industry.
Knowledge of SSRS integration with SharePoint and other enterprise platforms.
Experience in developing custom visuals for Power BI and custom extensions for SSRS.
