Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements in accordance with local GAAP
Manage tax-related processes and ensure compliance with local regulations. VAT, Salary, WHT tax requirements, Income Tax, etc
Ensure accuracy annual statutory reporting as per EAS, quarterly and annual reporting as per US-GAAP
Ensure compliance with SOX internal controls requirement including monthly/quaterly/annual assessments and submissions regarding her/his related areas
Support internal and external audits, acting as a key point of contact for auditors
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and regular financial reporting cycles
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and ensure financial alignment
Provide leadership within the finance function, contributing to team development and process improvements
Utilize SAP for financial processes, reporting, and data management
Support business operations and leadership with financial insights and recommendations
Participate in ad‑hoc financial projects as needed

Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience in related field
Strong knowledge of local GAAP, taxation, financial statements, and audit processes
Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting
Ability to communicate cross-functionally within a multinational company environment
Leadership experience with the ability to guide and support teams
Proficiency in SAP and related financial systems
Fluent English language
