Ensure quality and accurate information of security assets in the CMDB
Enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices for OT environments.
Be able and willing to travel offshore
Oversee incident response activities for OT systems, including detection, containment, and recovery.
Support the implementation and use of OT cybersecurity monitoring solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards for security of OT environments.
Stay updated with the latest OT security threats, trends, and industry standards.
Compliance Assessment for clients, regulators, and access management
Operate and maintain Vulnerability Management solutions
Alert on threats, disrupting adversaries and abnormal behaviour.
Operate and maintain lifecycle of all security systems
Monitor and assist vendors to ensure proper security protocols are followed and assessments are conducted.
Monitor and assist any and all personnel to ensure that a cyber risk mindset is in place by monitoring behaviors and providing OT Cybersecurity training
Participate in Cybersecurity drills
Produce security reports to be reviewed and acted on for continuous improvement
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, or a related field is typically required.
Experience with OT, ICS, or SCADA technology, cybersecurity, and risk management frameworks.
Experience in network security, cryptography, and authentication systems is essential.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or certifications specific to OT security are highly valued.
