Build structure within the product marketing function—defining workflows, timelines, and communication systems that ensure smooth execution from strategy to delivery.
Partner with the customer team to develop high-impact collateral, including case studies, FAQs, decks, and training materials that drive product adoption and engagement.
Create and manage programs that strengthen customer relationships, collect testimonials, and capture insights to inform both marketing and product development.
Oversee the development of creative assets and campaigns that elevate the brand, inspire loyalty, and deliver memorable 'magic moments' for customers.
Define KPIs, build dashboards, and lead post-mortem reviews to measure the success of marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Lead research efforts to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics, turning insights into actionable strategies.
Lead and mentor the product marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Guide team members through professional development and performance growth.
Partner with product, sales, customer success, and design leadership to ensure cohesive communication, unified objectives, and efficient workflows.
Stay up to date on product marketing, operational, and industry trends, sharing insights and resources to strengthen team capabilities.
Occasionally travel to conferences and events to represent Eventeny and support company growth initiatives.
Requirements
3+ years in product marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech, e-commerce, or events
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
Proven success in leading go-to-market initiatives, building scalable processes, and influencing revenue growth.
Experience managing and mentoring team members and collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, customer success, and sales.
U.S. work authorization is required. This role is not available for sponsorship.
Has a strong foundational understanding of SEO at scale.
Proficient in tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a knack for crafting persuasive narratives.
Exceptional project management abilities, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives, effective resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination.
