Strategic development and editorial management of our AI channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Newsletter)
Development and refinement of content formats (e.g., client cases, AI spec ads, behind the scenes, POVs, owned formats)
Planning, organizing, and coordinating content productions with the in-house team and external freelancers
Close coordination with Creative AI producers and directors to translate productions into communicable content
Copywriting in German and English for all channels
Ensuring a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
Independently handling small editing and design tasks (e.g., simple video cuts, social snippets, typography slides, image editing in Photoshop)
Editorial presentation of complex topics around AI, production, and new workflows—clear, accessible, not nerdy
Active use of AI tools in editorial and visual workflows for ideation, variants, and text or image development
Creation and maintenance of editorial calendars, schedules, and production overviews
Quality assurance of all content in terms of tone, style, and message

Experience in content management, editorial work, or brand communication (agency, production, or in-house)
Excellent language sense and strong writing skills in German and English
Experience editing basic video formats for social media
Confident use of Photoshop for small design and image-editing tasks
Enthusiasm for and experience with AI tools for content and media production
Prompting savvy and a solid sense of how to use AI purposefully, reproducibly, and intentionally
Understanding of motion picture, visual communication, and production processes
Ability to think strategically and execute operationally
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple formats and timelines
