Develop, maintain and communicate policies, standards and procedures to manage security functions
Defines and develops security requirements using risk assessments and threat modeling
Review system security measures and identify strengths, weaknesses and vulnerabilities
Partners with stakeholders to provide risk-based guidance
Tracks emerging security practices and cyber threat information
Provide subject matter expertise on information security standards

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent work experience required
7 years of experience as an individual contributor leading a team in design and implementation of security architectures
Information Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM preferred
Advanced understanding of security protocols and cryptography
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
