Handle the backlog, roadmap and epics refinement for all work to support launch of new digital asset funds
Drive the roadmap to provide support for multiple product areas and platform consumers
Collaborate with technology and operations to prioritize the work
Resolve dependencies optimally

Deep knowledge of the crypto and digital assets domain
Experience using blockchain in a technology or fund operations role
Track record of partnership with technology teams, operations and investment professionals
Ability to lead at scale through indirect authority
Highly analytical with the ability to comprehend complex data, technical, and risk challenges
Experience delivering large, complex projects on time and at quality
Track record with technical planning processes from Jira to project plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technologists, operations, and senior leadership
Ability to set a vision and align an organization behind it
