Create and manage a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed quota.
Initiate contact with prospects via telephone, email, LinkedIn, and video meetings.
Research potential customers and identify relevant prospects for outbound prospecting across various SMB industries.
Independently run discovery calls, product demos, walkthroughs, and all customer interactions.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline data in our CRM system for effective opportunity management and reporting.
Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team quotas.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and ApprovalMax’s evolving products and services.
Represent the company at industry events (approximately 1-2 times per quarter).
Requirements
Fully fluent in English, with the right to work and reside in Canada.
Ability and willingness to commute to our office in Toronto 2 days per week (hybrid model).
Strong oral and written presentation skills, with clarity and conciseness.
Proven ability to manage sales processes involving multiple decision-makers (demonstrated through professional sales, customer success, or relevant experience).
A track record of building and managing pipelines, hitting targets, or matching solutions to customer needs.
High levels of drive, motivation, intelligence, EQ, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions or to SMB finance teams is highly valued, but it is not required.
