5+ years of experience in digital design, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or performance marketing environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce campaigns and promotional digital creative (portfolio required).
Experience creating assets that scale across multiple digital channels.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Strong typography, layout, and image retouching skills.
Experience using AI-based tools to enhance efficiency and output quality.
Familiarity with A/B testing, performance metrics, and optimization principles.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent promotional campaigns in a deadline-driven environment.
High attention to detail with strong ownership mindset.
