Ensure all sales, financial, operational and HSSE goals of the territory are delivered in compliance with SGBP
Collaborate with Network, Fleet Solutions, Commercial Fuels, NFR, Marketing, Finance, Credit, Supply Distribution, Legal teams
Responsible for the management and realization of negotiations with dealers
Deliver IP volume targets of the Territory by taking site-based actions in collaboration with Network, NFR and Marketing team
Ensure all lease renewals of the Territory are managed in line with agreed commercial returns
Monitor market, competitors, legislation, customer demand trends to update relevant parties

An experienced retail / sales professional (at least 5 years) in the respective LoB/SF with knowledge about all interfaces within retail and with other LoBs
Fluency in English, valid driving license and computer (MS) literacy
Skill level of customer understanding, HSSE and negotiation
Working skill level of financial table analysis (P&L, profitability analysis)
Excellent relationship building and communication skills
Analyses and solves problems
