Role Overview
Support the clinical implementation of respiratory care CDSS solutions within ICU and acute care environments
Collaborate with respiratory therapy leadership, physicians, and clinical stakeholders to integrate CDSS into existing ventilation protocols and workflows
Support alignment of CDSS usage with institutional policies, clinical guidelines, and site-specific practices
Assess site readiness and adapt implementation approaches to local clinical environments
Educate clinicians on the clinical rationale, intended use, and appropriate application of CDSS recommendations
Support clinicians in understanding how CDSS insights complement clinical judgment and decision-making
Reinforce appropriate use of CDSS outputs to support consistent, evidence-based respiratory care
Design and deliver user training programs as part of a broader CDSS implementation and adoption strategy
Provide hands-on clinical support during go-live and early adoption phases
Monitor early usage patterns and support identification and resolution of adoption barriers
Identify and develop clinical champions and super users within respiratory therapy and ICU teams
Build trusted relationships with frontline clinicians to support sustained engagement with CDSS
Collect structured clinical feedback related to usability, workflow fit, and clinical relevance
Support customers through post-go-live optimization and stabilization phases
Partner closely with Business Development Managers to ensure continuity from sale through clinical adoption
Share clinical insights and field learnings with internal product, clinical, and commercial teams
Represent Hamilton Medical’s values and patient-centered mission in all customer interactions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or healthcare-related field or equivalent clinical experience required
Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in respiratory care, critical care, or ICU settings required
Experience in clinical education, clinical implementation, or respiratory care practice improvement initiatives required
